Peter C. Wallace

Peter C. Wallace has been our president and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since July 12, 2004. From October 2001 to July 2004, Mr. Wallace was President and CEO of IMI Norgren Group (sophisticated motion and fluid control systems for original equipment manufacturers). He was employed by Rexnord Corporation (power transmission and conveying components) for 25 years serving as President and Group Chief Executive from 1998 until October 2001 and holding a variety of senior sales, marketing, and international positions prior thereto.

Mr. Wallace has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

Christopher M. Hix

Christopher M. Hix has been our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2006. He held various corporate finance and business development positions with Roper Industries (diversified industrial products) from 2001 to July 2006, the most recent being Vice President, Business Development and Assistant Secretary. He was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Customer Support for Somero Enterprises, Inc. from 1999 to 2001. From 1991 to 1999 he was with Roper Industries serving in various business unit senior financial and operational leadership positions.

Mr. Hix has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an MBA from St. Marys College.

Saeid Rahimian

Saeid Rahimian has been our Corporate Vice President and President, Fluid Management Group, since September 2005. He was Group Vice President of our R&M Energy Systems and Reactor Systems business from May 2004 to September 2005. He has also been President of our R&M Energy Systems business from 1998 to May 2004. Prior to 1998 he held various positions in management, engineering, sales and marketing within Robbins & Myers, Inc.

Mr. Rahimian has an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville, a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a master’s degree in Advanced Management from Harvard Business School.

Kevin J. Brown

Kevin J. Brown has been our Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since October 2006. He was our Vice President of Corporate Services, Investor Relations & Compliance from August 2006 to October 2006 and he was our Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from January 2000 to August 2006. Previously he was our Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since December 1995. Prior to joining us, he was employed by the accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP for 15 years.

Mr. Brown has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Dayton. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael J. McAdams

Michael J. McAdams has been our Treasurer since October 2005, and was Assistant Treasurer from September 2004 to September 2005. From 1999 to 2003, he was Treasurer of Evenflo Company, Inc. He was Treasurer of Advanced Silicon Materials, Inc. from 1996 to 1999. He was also employed by Armco, Inc. for 15 years, holding various finance positions, including the position of Assistant Treasurer.

Mr. McAdams has an undergraduate degree in Accounting and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Dayton.

Jeffrey L. Halsey

Jeff Halsey has been our Vice President of Human Resources since 2007. He held various Human Resources positions with ABB Ltd. from 1989 through 2006, most recently as Group Senior Vice President, Human Resources for ABB Inc. and the global Automation Segment of ABB Ltd. Prior to 1989 he was Vice President, Employee Relations for Pullman, Inc.

Mr. Halsey has an undergraduate degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Tom Luken

Thomas G. Luken has been our Romaco Group President since January 2007 and has been responsible for the Romaco Packaging companies since June 2006. He held various positions with Invensys Plc from 1997-2005. These positions included V.P. Operations of the Flow Control Division, Managing Director of Gestra GmbH, and APV Products Group President. He was Logistics Director at Eaton Control GmbH from 1994 to 1997. He originally relocated to Germany in 1987 with Digital Equipment Corporation where he was employed in various supply-chain management positions. His manufacturing career began in 1978 at Control Data Corporation where he was employed for 7 years as a machinist.

Mr. Luken has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska (Omaha) and received his professional accreditation in Certified Production and Inventory Management from the American Production & Inventory Control Society.

Don Heinrich

Donald M. Heinrich has been our Vice President Business development since February 2008. Prior to joining Robbins & Myers, he served as President of A. O. Smith Electrical Products Company from 2000 to 2004, President of Smith Fiberglass Products Company from 1997 to 2000 and Vice President Business Development from 1992 to 1997. Before joining A. O. Smith, Mr. Heinrich spent 14 years in the investment banking industry joining Lehman Brothers in 1983.

Mr. Heinrich has an undergraduate degree in economics and an MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago.

Linn Harson

Linn Harson is our Secretary and General Counsel and a partner with the law firm of Thompson Hine LLP.
